Configuring a catch-all e-mailbox will be exceptionally easy if you have a shared web hosting plan with us. You can activate the feature through our advanced, albeit intuitive Email Manager tool, which is built into the Hepsia hosting Control Panel, via which you will manage the shared web hosting account itself. You’ll find all the mailboxes that you’ve set up displayed in alphabetical order and next to each of them there will be a tiny "Catch-all" icon, which will immediately reveal to you if a particular mailbox gets all the messages associated with a certain domain name or not. With a single mouse click on the icon you can enable or disable the feature at any moment. If there’s enabled email forwarding or in case a different mailbox has already been set up as a catch-all one for a specific domain, you’ll get an alert from our system. The latter will not deactivate/replace anything automatically or without your consent.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
You’ll be able to configure a catch-all email address with no more than one click if you’ve got a semi-dedicated hosting plan with our company and your emails are handled by our cloud platform. All the mailboxes that you create with any domain hosted in the semi-dedicated account will be displayed in the Email Manager section of your Hepsia hosting Control Panel. Each of them will have a tiny "Catch-all" icon on its right-hand side, so all it will take to enable this feature will be to click that icon. In the exact same way you’ll be able to turn off the feature, in case you don’t need it anymore. Our system will warn you in case you’re attempting to enable a 2nd catch-all mailbox for a specific domain or in case there is active email forwarding, but it’ll never disable or change anything automatically and without your consent.
